    Your Instructor  

    Keshnie Mathi is a counsellor and trauma specialist who has worked all around the world for over a decade, and specialises in the areas of trauma, end of life and transitional support. Keshnie has holds a BSocSci Postgraduate Level Degree in Psychology and Organisational Psychology and an additional Post-Graduate qualification in Family Mediation. She is also a full spectrum doula and specialises in the area of End of Life and Postpartum Care. Keshnie is a public speaker and advocate for survivors and opportunities for support to be available and accessible to all both in trauma and palliative care. Keshnie has trained many groups over the past 10 years and has now brought this training to Udemy to make if accessible and affordable for all!
